Refund Policy
1. No Trial Policy
- We do not offer any product trials.
- All purchases are considered final once delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
- A return request must be raised on the same day of delivery by contacting our support team at support@luxurysleep.com or via our customer helpline.
- Products are eligible for return/replacement only if:
- The product is unused and in original condition.
- The product is not damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.
- The original invoice and packaging are intact.
- Returns will not be accepted after the same day of delivery.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return courier/shipping charges.
- We do not provide free reverse pickups unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase (Cashfree, Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
- Any bank/processing charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Custom-sized products and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
7. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product at the time of delivery (to confirm condition).
- Our team will guide you with the next steps for shipping the product back.
8. Company Rights
- Luxury Sleep reserves the right to reject any return/refund request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
